1. Who we are
MIRVOS PTE. LTD., registered in Singapore, operates mirvos.ai. This policy covers our informational website and enquiries sent to our domain email addresses. It does not cover a separately contracted customer application. Contact us about privacy at contact@mirvos.ai.
2. Information and purposes
When you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, message, attachments and correspondence. We use these to respond to enquiries and discuss requested services. Our hosting provider processes technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URLs and request times to deliver and protect the site. The current website has no account registration, payment checkout or file-upload feature. We have not added advertising or analytics scripts and do not sell personal information.
3. Local storage and external fonts
We store your language choice in your browser under mirvos-language until you change it or clear site data. Our page code does not send this preference to a server. You can remove it using your browser settings. Cloudflare may use security cookies where applicable. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; Google receives the network information needed to serve those requests.
4. Providers, disclosures and overseas processing
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Our email service providers process and store correspondence to help us receive and respond to enquiries. These providers may process data outside Singapore or your country. Where Singapore law applies, we take steps required by that law for overseas transfers, including comparable protection where required. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or security incidents. See the Cloudflare and Google privacy policies linked below.
5. Retention and protection
We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary for the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship or applicable legal obligations. Provider-managed technical records follow the relevant service settings and retention practices. We use HTTPS and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not email passwords, API keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Your requests and choices
Contact contact@mirvos.ai for privacy enquiries, complaints, access or correction requests, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to deletion, restriction or objection, and to complain to a regulator such as Singapore’s PDPC. We may request reasonable identity verification and will respond according to applicable law. Legal duties may limit deletion; withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond or provide a requested service. We will explain relevant consequences.
7. Children and policy changes
This business-oriented website is not directed at children. Contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can review and address it. Updates will be published here with a revised date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.
