Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

These terms govern use of the informational website mirvos.ai, operated by MIRVOS PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Questions can be sent to contact@mirvos.ai.

2. Information and separate service contracts

The site introduces AI agents, AI tools and workflow services. Descriptions and diagrams illustrate possible capabilities, not guaranteed outcomes, availability or delivery dates. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not create a paid service contract. Project scope, fees, deliverables, data-processing requirements and support commitments must be agreed separately in writing.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, bypass security controls, impersonate others or send unlawful or abusive communications. Automated access must not impair the site or bypass access restrictions.

4. Intellectual property

Except where identified otherwise, site content, design and branding belong to MIRVOS PTE. LTD. or are used under applicable permissions. Third-party marks belong to their owners. You may view the site and share links. Commercial reuse of protected material requires permission unless allowed by law. Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to us.

5. AI information and third parties

The current site does not run AI tasks or accept prompts for model processing. Future services will follow their separately agreed scope. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and require appropriate human review. Website content is not legal, medical or financial advice. External services and links have their own terms and policies; linking does not imply endorsement.

6. Availability and responsibility

We may update, suspend or remove website content. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or statutory rights. Liability for separately contracted services follows that contract and applicable law.

7. Privacy, governing law and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. These terms are governed by Singapore law, without removing mandatory protections available under laws that apply to you. Contact us first about concerns so we can try to resolve them. We may publish updated terms with a new date; changes apply prospectively subject to applicable law. Both language versions are intended to convey the same meaning. Contact contact@mirvos.ai about any discrepancy.
